We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful with our destination inquiries, upgraded our room, and even parked our car. The hotel facilities were spacious, quiet, and well located near the main street, hence, it was easy to walk to all the sights and everything we needed was close, including the castle. The entrance hall was beautifully designed, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff was well-trained, accommodating, and made us feel welcomed. The hotel is of good value with excellent breakfast.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel is situated in a great location near all the sights, stores, and restaurants. the rooms are comfortable with a nice floral print blanket and clean bathroom with all toiletries. You can have a good night's rest on a comfortable bed. the breakfast is decent and eat, all, you, can. the staff is friendly and helpful in showing guests the way to nearby restaurants.
The view from the rooms may not be impressive.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and the two things I liked best were the breakfast and the proximity to the main attractions. the breakfast was a great blend of Western and Japanese cuisine. the location was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. the location had great restaurants that serve both Japanese and Western cuisine.
Sadly, the room was a letdown. the room was not what was expected for the price we paid.

Convenient Location, Delicious Breakfast, Shopping Options
The hotel's strategic location is a definite plus, with shopping options and a convenience store just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast selection was delicious and catered to both western and eastern preferences. the hotel's proximity to local tourist sites was convenient for exploring the city.
The room decor felt outdated, and the comforter had an old-fashioned floral pattern. The air conditioning wasn't working well, leaving the room hot and stuffy.
